Why shouldn’t I use a name like "Walkin"?
A visit can have no customer — that's fine. But if you attach a name, make it a real person. Receipts, WhatsApp, and balances identify people — not "Walkin 3".
Steps
- 1If the customer stays anonymous, leave the visit unnamed.
- 2If you know them, search by name or number — recent customers are on top.
- 3New? Enter full name and phone — once, ever.
