What's a drop-off versus a regular visit?
A regular visit — customer present, service done, they pay. A drop-off — they leave something (clothes, phone, shoes) and return later, so their name and number matter.
Steps
- 1Start a visit normally, or toggle "Drop-off" at the start.
- 2Enter the customer's REAL name — not "Walkin".
- 3Add their phone — the receipt can reach them on WhatsApp.
