A new tenant moved in — where do I start?
You don't need to know which form. Just type what you know into HQ — name, unit, what they paid, when they move in — and MKHQ prepares the agreement.
Steps
- 1Open HQ, tap the "New tenant" starter.
- 2Type something like "Juma Hamid. Unit 3B. Paid 600k for six months."
- 3Review the summary — MKHQ asks only what's missing.
- 4Confirm — the agreement is ready to share on WhatsApp.
