Why does a unit show vacant when a tenant is there?
A unit reads "vacant" when its lease has ended in the ledger — even if someone still lives there. Renew the lease and it returns to occupied.
Steps
- 1Open Portfolio, tap the unit.
- 2If the lease ended within 30 days you'll see "Renew [name]".
- 3Tap it, review dates and rent, confirm.
