How does the PangoXray ledger work — in one picture?
One chain: a unit is rented through a LEASE; the lease produces an invoice every cycle (month, six months, year); payments land on invoices; and every signal (owed, expiring, vacant) is computed from there. Hold this chain and everything else explains itself.
Steps
- 1Open any unit — you'll see its active lease.
- 2Inside the lease — its invoices, each with its cycle.
- 3On an invoice — the payments sitting on it, and the remaining balance.
- 4Back on the board: every signal you see came from this chain.
