I received rent — where do I record it?
On the unit or tenant, use "Record payment". The payment lands on the actual invoice — so the remaining balance is always accurate.
Steps
- 1Open the tenant or unit.
- 2Tap "Record payment", enter amount and date.
- 3Pick the invoice being paid (usually pre-selected).
- 4Confirm — the balance updates instantly.
